Applicant acknowledges that all applications must be turned in to Investment Broker Realty within 24 hours of the deposit being paid. If deposit is received on a holiday or weekend, the application must be turned the next business day within business hours (9:00a.m.–5:00p.m.).
Should application not be approved, Investment Brokers Realty will Refund the deposit. Should applicant cancel after 24 hour period, the deposit shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. Once the lease has been signed all terms and conditions apply.
By signing this Agreement, Applicant confirms receipt of the Broker Disclosure Form prescribed by the Missouri Real Estate Commission on or before the signing of this Agreement or upon Broker taking any personal or financial information, whichever occurred first.
